The Opportunity

As an Agentic Engineer at DOUMMAR, you will command fleets of AI agents to build real products for a global MEP contracting company. You won’t write code line by line, you will architect, orchestrate, and quality-control AI-powered systems that solve real operational challenges at scale.

You will work with agentic programming tools, development frameworks, and orchestration platforms to build production systems. The productivity gains are real and significant, and you will be expected to leverage them to deliver outcomes at a pace traditional engineering cannot match.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Development & AI Orchestration

• Use agentic terminals (Claude Code) to build, iterate, and ship production-grade software, without writing code manually
• Apply structured agentic frameworks (such as BMAD) to plan, architect, and execute complex development projects through AI agents
• Manage context windows, prompt chains, and agent memory to mitigate LLM limitations and ensure reliable, high-quality output
• Learn and master agent orchestration platforms such as Oz by Warp to coordinate multi-agent workflows.

Code Review & Quality Assurance

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
• Develop and enforce quality standards, testing protocols, and validation processes for agent-produced deliverables
• Build feedback loops that continuously improve agent output quality over time

Cross-Functional AI Integration

• Embed with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities across estimation, project management, procurement, marketing, accounting, HR, and reporting
• Transform operational pain points into AI-powered workflows using tools like Airtable, Supabase, and custom integrations with Procore, Quickbooks, etc..
• Scale prototypes into enterprise-ready systems with proper error handling, monitoring, and documentation

Knowledge Sharing & Team Enablement

• Develop training resources and playbooks for AI tool adoption across international project teams
• Stay current with daily developments in AI tooling, agent frameworks, and best practices
• Build and maintain internal knowledge bases that capture lessons learned and operational intelligence

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to read, debug, and evaluate code- even if AI generated most of it
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) and working knowledge of how language models behave (context windows, token limits, failure modes)
• Proven track record of shipping software projects end-to-end, professional, open source, or personal. Something you can point to.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
• Version control with Git (required); experience with CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, Power Automate) and database basics (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Claude Code, or similar) is highly valued

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
• Professional certifications in AI/ML platforms or automation tools are valued
• What matters most: demonstrated ability to learn fast, build things, and adapt to a world that won’t slow down for anyone
