Location: Beirut, Corniche Al Mazraa
Employment Type: Full-Time – on-site
Working Schedule: From Sunday till Thursday
We are seeking a Technical Application Support to join our team. This role involves:
- Providing client‑facing support and maintaining product applications.
- Troubleshooting systems and resolving technical issues.
- Creating user guides for both technical and business users.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth application performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in a technical support environment.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
- Strong expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Angular, SQL, MYSQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, application development tools, and scalable system architecture.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Notice - New hires will begin with a structured technical program designed to assess fit and build capabilities. Upon successful completion, they will transition into the team’s regular support and client‑facing responsibilities.
