Requirements:

• Strong Notion database skills (views, filters, relations, basic formulas)
• Advanced comfort in Notion databases (properties, views, filters, relations).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational hygiene.
• Clear written communication for short SOPs and handover notes.
• Independent execution with minimal supervision.
• Ability to diagnose problems and propose simple, workable solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work (drafting docs, summarizing, QA checks) with good judgment.
• Creative problem solving: finds simpler, faster ways of working, not just “the Notion way.”
• Notion API familiarity.
• Automation tools experience (Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Basic scripting (JavaScript or Python).
• Experience cleaning up and standardizing large or messy workspaces.
• Comfort with CSV imports/exports and data cleanup.
