Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with motion graphics skills to support the Marketing Department in producing visually strong, brand-aligned materials across digital, presentation, and video formats. The role will support the creation of static and animated marketing assets including white papers, brochures, blog visuals, social media creatives, presentation layouts, short motion graphics videos, and simple animated content for campaigns and product communication.
This role is ideal for a junior creative profile with solid design fundamentals, a good eye for layout and branding, and the ability to support basic motion graphics production in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and format white papers, brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and corporate presentations
- Create visuals for blog articles, website banners, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and digital campaigns
- Produce basic motion graphics and short animated videos for product marketing, social media, awareness campaigns, and internal communication
- Support video content through animated text, transitions, icon movement, simple explainer scenes, and branded motion assets
- Adapt static visuals into short motion formats for LinkedIn and digital use
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute concepts and maintain brand consistency
- Apply feedback quickly and accurately across revisions
- Prepare final files for digital publishing and print when needed
- Organize design source files and maintain proper version control
- Ensure all outputs align with company branding, tone, and visual standards
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics, including internships or freelance work
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus
- Good understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and branding
- Ability to create clean and professional visual materials for a B2B/corporate environment
- Ability to produce simple motion graphics and animated content
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn through feedback
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
- Portfolio required with examples of both static design and motion work
Preferred Skills:
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience designing for technology, telecom, SaaS, or corporate brands
- Understanding of Arabic and English layouts
- Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools is a plus
