Junior Product Owner & Technical Partnership Analyst
We're looking for a curious, technically-minded team player who thrives at the intersection of product and technology partnerships. This is a dual-function role, you'll shape software products from concept to launch and manage strategic tech integrations with external partners. Both tracks reinforce each other, making this a unique growth opportunity for someone who wants breadth early in their career.
What You'll Be Doing
Product Ownership
- Define and structure product strategy and roadmap with senior stakeholders
- Translate product goals into user stories, requirements, wireframes, and mockups
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver intuitive, well-built features
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and support sprint planning
- Align stakeholder expectations and ensure features deliver real value
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction
- Support release planning and track delivery timelines
Technical Partnership Analysis
- Evaluate APIs, platforms, and vendors from both technical and business perspectives
- Act as the bridge between internal teams (product, engineering) and external partners
- Analyze partner APIs, documentation, and integration requirements (REST, webhooks, auth)
- Support solution design for integrations — WhatsApp, RCS, CPaaS, telecom APIs
- Lead partner onboarding, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and integration flow docs
- Identify new partnership opportunities based on market trends and emerging tech
- Support PoCs and pilot projects, and monitor partner KPIs and SLAs
- Coordinate with vendors on issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy for partner-enabled features
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years in a product or related role (internships welcome)
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system architecture basics
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger
- Basic knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, tokens)
- Understanding of data flows, webhooks, and event-driven systems
- Familiarity with the telecom/CPaaS ecosystem (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice) is a strong plus
- Experience with wireframing tools and an eye for clean UX
- Comfortable translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Genuinely curious about AI, automation, and emerging communication tech
