About the Role
SCOPSIS is looking for a highly motivated Chief of Staff Intern to work closely with the CEO on daily priorities, research, coordination, follow-ups, and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with a business or engineering background who is curious, sharp, organized, and eager to understand how a growing technology company operates from the leadership level.
The intern will support the CEO across different areas, including research, internal coordination, meeting preparation, project follow-ups, documentation, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Conduct research on markets, companies, competitors, technologies, and business opportunities.
- Prepare summaries, notes, presentations, and simple reports when needed.
- Help track action items from meetings and follow up with relevant team members.
- Assist in organizing priorities, documents, and CEO-level initiatives.
- Support special projects related to strategy, operations, partnerships, and business development.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect updates and information.
Preferred Profile
- Student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working on different types of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize information clearly.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
