Pawzy is a Canadian technology startup building a community-driven pet platform that connects pet owners with trusted pet sitters, dog walkers, boarders, and caregivers. Beyond bookings, Pawzy includes social features, missing pet alerts, community engagement tools, and a social impact mission that supports local animal shelters and rescues.
We are seeking a founder-minded Head of Growth to help scale Pawzy across Canada and international markets.
The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving user acquisition, service provider growth,market place expansion, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and booking growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling a two-sided marketplace and creating sustainable growth channels.
The successful candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role as the company scales.
