Become an Azkatechian:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will support and guide our existing clients after they start using Odoo. Your role is not just about customer support but about helping businesses fully benefit from Odoo. You will build strong relationships, understand clients' needs, suggest improvements, and find opportunities to expand their use of Odoo.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Adoption & Business Value

• Align system usage with client objectives to ensure measurable operational improvements.
• Monitor client usage of implemented Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Identify workflow optimizations and automation opportunities to maximize return on investment.

Manage Client Relationships & Health

• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively detect dissatisfaction or low engagement and address risks early.
• Act as the strategic point of contact for post-implementation guidance and support.

Drive Account Expansion & Revenue Growth

• Identify and recommend additional modules, features, or user licenses based on business needs.
• Position upgrades and system enhancements as strategic growth solutions.
• Contribute to retention, renewals, and recurring revenue targets from existing clients

Maintain Odoo Expertise & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on new Odoo releases, features, and best practices.
• Translate product updates into value-driven opportunities for clients.
• Collect structured client feedback and share insights to improve service delivery.

Who We’re Looking for:

• Experience in customer success, account management, or after-sales support.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, MIS or any related field.
• Background in ERP systems, Odoo experience is a big plus.
• Strong sales skills (upselling and cross-selling).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of B2B business needs.
