Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. shareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and M Social catering (www.msocialcatering.com).

Internship location: Aintoura Keserwan

Internship duration: 450 hours (flexible for students)

Responsibilities:

• Organize and file HR documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Prepare and manage reports, and handle various administrative tasks using Excel and Word.
• Review received CVs via email, and upload them into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for further processing.
• Contact candidates to assess their suitability and schedule interviews, managing the interview process efficiently.

Candidate qualifications:

• Undergraduate is eligible (Preferred to be a Masters student)
• University Major: Human resources
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
• Good social spirit is a must
