Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to manage warehouse operations and inventory across the Beirut Digital District. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring accurate stock records within the inventory management system.
The role includes monitoring inventory levels, initiating replenishment requests, maintaining organized and secure warehouse facilities, and supporting the efficient distribution of materials and consumables. The Warehouse Keeper will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Records, inspects, and stores received stock in accordance with established procedures.
- Processes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and maintains accurate records of inventory receipts, issues, transfers, and other stock movements in the computerized inventory management system.
- Conducts physical inventory counts, compares results with computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences; reports any discrepancies.
- Monitors safety stock levels and initiates the process of replenishment on a timely basis.
- Organizes and maintains warehouses in a clean, efficient, and optimal manner to ensure stock items are kept safe and organized.
- Prepares and transfers inventory for delivery in accordance with approved schedules.
- Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Ensures all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and verified in the computerized inventory management system.
- Examines stock and disposes of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy.
- Controls and Safeguards access to warehouses.
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports to the direct manager, highlighting stock movements, inventory balances, and discrepancies.
- Performs minor maintenance of storeroom equipment and storage facilities as required.
- In addition to the distribution of consumables, gives specific focus to the distribution and stock levels of cleaning consumables.
- Conducts regular audits of the spaces where consumables, particularly cleaning consumables, are distributed around the campus to ensure proper usage and replenishment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor degree is a desired plus
- Certification in Warehouse & Inventory Management is a plus
- Minimum 7 years in a similar warehouse or inventory management position.
- Experience in handling construction materials, building materials, or MEP-related inventory is preferred.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

- Familiar with storekeeping methods and inventory systems
