Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Mobile Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating responsive, efficient, and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android, including our Kotlin Multiplatform codebase.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our iOS and Android apps, including shared code built with Kotlin Multiplatform, ensuring code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Contribute to design by staying on top of iOS and Android design practices and advising our UI/UX designers.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant development trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in iOS, Android, and/or Kotlin Multiplatform development.
• Understanding of Apple's and/or Google's mobile design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of core programming principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Proficiency in Material Design and Jetpack Compose is a plus.
