Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk support for our clients based in Lebanon (hybrid), and abroad (remotely). In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for local customer agents and support staff, as well as providing remote IT support to client teams and users across international locations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in desktop support, networking troubleshooting, VoIP systems, and strict data privacy compliance standard to healthcare environments.

Required Skills

o Proficient with Windows OS azure Microsoft 365 Intune/MDM / Google Workspace administration. o Experience supporting VoIP / Cloud Contact Center solutions (e.g. Dialpad or similar). o Good understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP dns dhcp VPNs Firewalls). o Familiarity Proficient with Windows OS azure Microsoft 365 Intune/MDM / Google Workspace administration.
