What you’ll work on

• Supply acquisition: Freelancer outreach and converting professionals into active service providers to build the freelancer database across Servi's verticals
• Sales & persuasion skills: learning structured methods to pitch, handle objections, and close with confidence
• Conversion optimization: testing outreach messaging and approaches to improve sign-up and activation rates
• Marketplace operations: gaining hands-on exposure to how supply is planned, vetted, and managed across verticals and areas
• Direct founder exposure: working alongside the co-founders to build the supply engine that makes Servi run
