Internship duration: 6 months internship with the possibility of extension  

Internship overview:

• Update employee personnel and dependent records in the HR system 
• Assist in handling employee relations matters 
• Manage and follow up on employee access card requests 
• Contact interns and monitor their start and end date 
• Ensure accurate data entry of intern details into the payroll system 
• File and organize HR-related documents  
• Assist in the filling of MOF and NSSF forms 
• Verify and check employee attendance records 

Majors preferences:  Bachelors/master's in human resources management or any related field. Candidate must be enrolled in university.  

Skills: Attention to detail, communication skills and fluency in english.
