What you’ll work on
● Talent Acquisition: Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to selection and onboarding
● HR Process Development: Contributing to the development of SOPs, HR templates, job descriptions, and standardized workflows
● Core HR Functions: Gaining practical exposure to Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
● HR Operations: Supporting employee records, recruitment trackers, and digital HR documentation systems
