What you’ll work on

• Field Recruitment: Learning and applying sourcing techniques through in-person outreach to identify potential freelancers and exploring local recruitment channels
• Freelancer Acquisition: Exploring outreach strategies across universities, communities, and local networks to attract new service providers to Servi
• Candidate Engagement: Introducing freelancers to Servi and guiding them through the initial registration process
• Marketplace Growth: Gaining insight into how field recruitment contributes to building and growing an early-stage marketplace
