About Fundbot

Fundbot is a supply chain finance platform connecting financial institutions, buyers, and suppliers across MENA and beyond. We run a regulated B2B fintech platform, with cloud SaaS deployments and on-premises setups for bank clients. Our products cover factoring, reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, and early settlement, built and operated by a small senior team.

The role

We are looking for a project manager to run delivery across our client implementations and our engineering sprint cycle. Fundbot deployments are real bank projects: scoping, environment setup, integrations, user acceptance testing, go-live, and hypercare, often in parallel across several institutions.

You will keep those projects moving, keep our two-week sprints healthy, and act as the operational link between engineering, product, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run client implementation projects end to end, from kickoff and scoping through UAT, go-live, and hypercare
• Own project plans, timelines, and risk registers, and keep them current as scope evolves
• Track delivery in ClickUp and report progress accurately to leadership and client stakeholders
• Support sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with the product owner, and protect the team's capacity
• Coordinate UAT cycles with bank clients: collect and triage feedback, drive bug resolution, and manage sign-off gates
• Manage dependencies across parallel deployments, cloud and on-premises, and escalate blockers early
• Work with engineering on release planning, change control, and rollback readiness for regulated clients
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, decision logs, and handover material

Required qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years of experience managing software delivery projects, ideally client-facing, and in the banking industry.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery in practice: sprints, backlogs, estimation, and definitions of ready and done
• Experience running UAT with enterprise clients and driving formal sign-off
• Fluency with project management tools such as ClickUp or Jira, including dashboards and reporting
• A solid grasp of risk management and scope control, with the judgment to push back when needed
• Enough technical literacy to hold a conversation with engineers about APIs, environments, and releases
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

Nice to have

• Delivery experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry with formal change control
• A PMP, PRINCE2, or scrum certification
• Arabic or French
• Experience working with hybrid or distributed teams
