Job Description

The Program Coordinator Intern will be responsible of ensuring the smooth running of BDD Academy’s programs on a day-to-day basis. He/she will provide support to BDD Academy’s team, handle program coordination for the Microsoft Certification and the BDD Internship Program.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Running daily activities related to the program’ implementation
• Managing the communication with the programs beneficiaries when needed on email, Telegram or other community platforms
• Managing a system/database for maintaining all contacts and information for each program
• Answering candidate’s questions and providing help whenever needed by call or email
• Participating actively in the planning and execution of BDD Academy’s programs
• Supporting in analyzing data, and submitting weekly reports

This is a full-time paid internship opportunity for 4 months that can lead into a full-time position; joining date is immediately.
