Internship Overview:

The Human Resource Officer intern will:

• support in documentation
• Support in improving the Talent Acquisition process
• Follow up on policies and procedures
• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
• Help in Identifying KPIs for the HR department
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
• Assist in the Continuous Feedback program
• Conduct internal surveys and calculate employee satisfaction index

Majors Preferences: Business Management, Human Resources Management

Technical Requirements:

• Good knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws is a plus
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus.
