Job Role:
Forward MENA (previously Beirut Digital District Academy) is looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the UI/UX design of a platform, related to a 12-month project, funded by a major international organization. The project will bring together the public sector, private sector, key digital technology players, educational institutions, and vulnerable young people. It aims to develop a more equitable, systematic and empowering bridge from skills training to employment opportunities in the digital economy, while enhancing the labor intermediation between supply, demand, educational providers and policy-makers. The UI/UX Designer will be working in collaboration with the Product Manager to gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps and design graphic user interface elements. She/he will be responsible for creating functional and appealing product features to have an easy-to-use product that addresses the end user needs.

The duration of this project is a total of 12 months. Remuneration will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and the project budget. Based on program needs, budget availability and consultant performance, the contract may be extended.
