Who You Are

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns through Google, Social, third-party networks, and other paid social platforms. You will work with your functional lead to find new and innovative ways to improve clients’ paid search/social performance. You will help in driving growth and success for Hovi clients through paid digital platforms.

Job Description

  • Develop a paid advertising growth model that we can guide our efforts by and come up with your budget strategy based on it.
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond, to meet key performance metrics.
  • Constantly allocate budgets, and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends according to a playbook.
  • Collaborate with the design and growth teams to guide A/B creative tests and spend-scaling tests on campaigns, to identify what works best.
  • Create and implement funnel-based (users that didn’t register, users that haven’t accessed our app in the past 2 days) remarking campaigns on Google & Facebook.
  • Test new channels and trends (such as interactive ads or new platforms like TikTok).
  • Have a handle on all our cross-channel paid campaigns and always look for performance.
  • Create a playbook that details each of the paid channels, including screenshots, their purpose, when to utilize them, and key learnings for each channel. This playbook should be updated frequently because new features are constantly being introduced.
  • Determine the factors that need to be optimized and the impact of changing each one.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links, and give recommendations.
  • Monitor how users acquired from each campaign behave in our product and take strategic actions to lose the worst-performing campaigns of channels and push the best-performing ones.

Qualifications needed. 

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Paid Advertising Specialist or related position
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Experience working within Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Paid social advertising experience, including Facebook Ads and other social platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
  • Google ads certifications (Search; display; Shopping) is a plus
  • Facebook blueprint certification is a plus
