Requirements:

What You Need to Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tech operations and data analysis, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your impact on operational efficiency and decision-making.
• A solid understanding of CRM systems, data management platforms, and analytical tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour and UX, with experience leading tech and data-driven initiatives from conception to completion.
