Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Administration.
Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, your primary role is to source, assess, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce:
● Manages all aspects of the recruitment process, including development, facilitation, and implementation.
● Works closely with hiring managers to create consistent, detailed, and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
● Identifies and deploys effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the specific role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
● Supports the job posting and advertising processes.
● Screens applications and shortlists qualified candidates.
● Coordinates interviews, oversees the preparation of interview materials and actively participates in the interview process.
● Collaborates with hiring managers and the People & Culture department.
● Participates in job fairs and maintains connections with university representatives.
● Handles additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is essential. This should include sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process.
● Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
● Proactively independent, capable of demonstrating the initiative to take the lead.
● A high degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive candidate information.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
