At maxiphy, the Junior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual and conceptual direction of our projects. This position offers an opportunity to engage with a variety of design challenges across multiple platforms, including digital and physical mediums. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of brand identities, provide innovative design solutions, and collaborate closely with our UI/UX and development teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation and execution of concepts designs 
• Design logos and visual brand elements.
• Follow brand rules to keep designs consistent.
• Help make and use design processes and guides.
• Work with others to polish and finish design projects.
• Design presentation materials that effectively communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
• Basic understanding of branding principles and digital design trends.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
• Quick learning ability, disciplined work ethic, and a strong team player.
• A conscientious approach to work, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Motion Graphics, Adobe After Effects, UI/UX, Character Design is a plus.
