Job Summary: 

Responsible for technical implementations falling under the scope of his/her technical expertise, in addition to offering support on all technical escalations related to executed projects or company's SLAs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ensuring that all engagements are met in terms of project execution and in accordance to project scope
• Ensure proper documentation and/or updates of projects or incidents with respect to company tools and CRM. 
• Coordinating with MS team on escalations. 
• Resolves issues in a timely fashion. 
• Willing to follow specialized training to further advance in his/her career. 
• Responsible for installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting and/or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switches.

Prerequisite: 

• BS in computer/network/communications/ engineering. 
• Cisco certification is desirable : CCNA, CCNP
• Collaboration experience, implementation of Cisco Contact Centers (relevant to Network Engineer - Collaboration)
• 1-3 years of experience (relevant to Network Engineer) 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Team player 

Special skills required from Network Engineer - Collaboration 

• Install and Configure Cisco Unified Communication Manager and all associated features and redundancy.
• Cisco VCS Expressway MRA and B2B deployments.
• Cisco UCCX advanced call queuing and scripting.
• CUCME Installation and troubleshooting.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco gateways.
• Install ,Configure and Troubleshoot on Cisco UCCX and UCCE. 
• Knowledgeable in Recording, workforce management and voice Analytics solutions.
