Job Description

 Job Summary: 

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical implementations falling under the scope of their technical expertise, in addition to offering support on all technical escalations related to executed projects or company's SLAs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ensuring that all engagements are met in terms of project execution and in accordance to project scope.
• Ensuring proper documentation and/or updates of projects or incidents with respect to company tools and CRM. 
• Coordinating with MS team on escalations. 
• Resolving issues in a timely fashion. 
• Willing to follow specialized training to further advance in his/her career. 
• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Establishing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Setting, installing, testing and maintaining of operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Overseeing the development of customized software and hardware requirements if needed.
• Planning and implementing systems automation as required for better efficiency.

Prerequisites: 

• BS in computer/network/communications/ engineering. 
• Performance tuning of application stacks
• Good cloud experience 
• Experience with virtualization 
• 4+ years of experience
