Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Support L2 to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Develop a firm understanding of the applications, to the degree of becoming a super user
• Work closely with customer support and back-end developers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the applications and processes involved.
• Ability to extract, transform and load data from various sources such as PostgreSQL and MySQL databases and monitor various applications' status.
• Develop custom ad-hoc reports per customer requirements
• Perform data mapping and migration activities
• Perform and assist functional acceptance testing to discover gaps in functionality and debug errors
• Create and deliver SQL or Python scripts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of SQL script experience within a software organization – preferably with data migration experience
• Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
• Strong Communication Skills
• Highly Organized
• Detail oriented
• Advanced SQL Skills
• Microsoft and Linux knowledge.
• Python experience a plus or willingness to learn.
