Job description:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and monitor team performance.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues effectively. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Years of experience: 5+

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management. Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects, preferably in an agency or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and softwares, Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
