Oreyeon is a tech startup implementing Artificial Intelligence AI in aviation safety.Wehave built a one-of-a-kind systemthatdisruptsthecurrentapproachestoairfieldinspections.Our solution automates airfield safety inspections and digitizes safety reports ensuring a safe trip for all passengers.

Job Summary:

You will gain practical experience in both the Commercial and Operations Departments, working on business development and aviation operations

Role and Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research

• Competitors, aviation innovation         hubs     (airlines, airports,             accelerators, challenges), partners

Support in quality assurance practices and development

• Research of AI-specific and advanced software QA practices o Support in drafting a revised QA plan

Create and Develop a marketing plan

• Content, design, delivery, target audience
• Finding adequate target audience and background
• Discover new channels

Set and measure KPIs for business activities

• Measure effectiveness of marketing plan on a recurring basis
• Measure sales report and pitch performances, sales cycle
• Create a proper tracking tool for leads and standardize it

Provide aviation-related input 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Aviation-related degree
• Understanding of business and marketing concepts
• Knowledge of technical aviation concepts (airports, airport  operations, airline structures)
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance practice
• Advanced research skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing campaigns
• Communication, analytical thinking, team player, attention to detail, innovation
