Position Overview:
Morph.ae are seeking a talented Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, high-quality videos and creating animations and motion graphics that enhance our storytelling. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard software, strong project management skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
- Collaborate with the creative team to edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms.
- Trim and assemble footage to ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
- Enhance videos with color correction, sound editing, and other post-production techniques.
Animation and Motion Graphics:
- Conceptualize and create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that complement and enhance the storytelling aspect of our projects.
- Utilize animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender) to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure animations align with project requirements and maintain visual consistency.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools effectively.
- Stay updated on software updates and new features to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute creative input to project concepts.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
Project Management:
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and project organization.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and techniques, seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
- Embrace feedback and revisions with a positive attitude, striving for continuous improvement in skills and techniques.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of video production processes and post-production techniques.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
