Aspire Software is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Lebanon.

What you day will look like:

• Lead and manage the deployment of software solutions and tools across several Valsoft subsidiaries
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the company's technical team
• Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders
• Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
• Communicate status, actions and issues to all applicable stakeholders
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Develop metrics to track and report on key performance indicators
• Develop tools and reports to summarize overall progress and performance against playbook execution goals

Requirements

• Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent 
• relevant working experience
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a technical or IT project management setting
• Good and effective problem solving, prioritization, organizational, leadership, communication 
• skills
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications
• Good knowlegde of Agile and Devops Methodologies
• Experience in delivery management
• Ability to always focus and pay attention to details
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
