Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Technical Project Manager to oversee the development of a complex, multi-stakeholder platform and app. The project involves creating a robust CMS (Content Management System) with integrated Learning Management, AI, and Social Media/Networking features. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in platform and app development, project management, and effective communication and leadership abilities.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of Web Technologies: Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- CMS Proficiency: Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and their functionalities, including social networking and learning management integrations.
- Integration Skills: Understanding of how CMS integrates with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, ERP) using API Gateway.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of hosting, storage, and maintenance on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Full-Stack Development and DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Planning and Scheduling: Ability to create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Resource Management: Effective allocation and management of personnel, technology, and budget.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Budgeting: Managing project budgets, cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficiency in project management tools.

- Ability to define and track KPIs aligned with project goals.
- Experience in setting up and managing performance dashboards.
