Job Description

Responsibilities : 

• Leading the recruitment process: job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Preparing contracts in compliance with labor laws for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon
• Building relationships with universities and participating in job fairs
• Managing onboarding sessions, covering policies, procedures, tools, and company culture
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with regional regulations
• Organizing team-building activities and events to enhance employee engagement
• Resolving workplace issues to promote a positive work environment
• Managing employee attendance and leave tracking
• Supporting the performance review process 
• Overseeing the off-boarding process and conducting exit interviews
• Managing freelancer relationships, including contracts and onboarding
• Tracking HR metrics and preparing monthly reports 
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws across UAE, KSA, and Lebanon

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 3 to 5 years of experience, as senior hr specialist or equivalent role
• Previous Background in Marketing, Advertising agencies 
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills  for managing employee relations, HR projects, and organizational change.
• Proficiency in diversity management and compliance ensuring effective HR operations and alignment with business goals.
