Job Description

Main Requirements: 

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through databases, purchasing leads, or referral sources.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services they are selling.
  • Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
  • Address Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from potential customers, addressing their questions or concerns about the product or service.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Data Entry: Log calls, update customer records, and ensure that the CRM system is up-to-date.
  • Follow-Up: Contact potential customers who have previously shown interest in the product or service to remind them or close a sale.
  • Customer Service: In some cases, handle post-sale support or address customer complaints.
  • Selling cables and internet, dish for TV and internet
  • Calling residents not companies
