With over 20 top-tier venues and the only all-in-one Padel app in Lebanon, we offer everything from booking games and training with the best certified local and international coaches to joining community games, tournaments, and building an incredible network of players. Plus, we have an online shop featuring premium Padel brands.The Padelist partners with top brands and sponsors to deliver the ultimate Padel experience.

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, working across digital and physical media to create a cohesive and compelling visual narrative. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for both print and digital formats, with a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate our core values into beautiful and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Digital Design: Develop engaging digital assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads, including layout design, video creation, and format adaptation for various platforms.
• Print & Packaging: Create packaging designs, retail signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring all print materials align with brand standards for a cohesive physical presence.
• Campaign Creation: Collaborate on integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels to deliver a consistent and immersive brand experience.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with suppliers and print vendors to guarantee final outputs meet quality and branding standards.
• Trend Research & Inspiration: Monitor industry trends, design innovations, and competitor strategies, incorporating insights to elevate The Padelist's creative direction.
• Brand Development: Refine The Padelist’s visual identity across all media, maintaining consistency with the brand’s core positioning and goals.
• UX/UI Design: Craft user-friendly interfaces for The Padelist app and website, focusing on seamless navigation and enhanced user engagement.
• Supervise Team of Content Creators: Guide and mentor the content team, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and brand-consistent output while encouraging collaboration.

About You

You have a sharp eye for design, a strong sense of style, and a passion for sports. Beyond your creative skills, you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and excel at juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 Years of Design Experience: Proven track record in a design role, supported by a strong portfolio of integrated work across digital and print media.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools.
• UX/UI Design Tools: Skilled in platforms like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Portfolio of Excellence: Demonstrates strong design skills and experience in brand development.
• Motion Graphics Expertise: Knowledge of After Effects or Adobe Premiere for creating dynamic visuals.
• E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Design: Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, UX/UI basics, and best practices in digital marketing design.
• Conceptual Thinker: Ability to simplify complex ideas into visuals that align with The Padelist's brand.
• Strong Communication Skills: Adept at cross-functional collaboration and effectively presenting ideas.
• Attention to Detail: Committed to high-quality execution, ensuring even the smallest elements are perfect.
• Organized and Goal-Oriented: Excellent planning, tracking, and organizational abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
