Job Overview:
CodeBrave is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of our Digital Literacy and STEM Training Program at 40 public schools in Lebanon. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all project activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a passion for delivering impactful educational programs to underserved communities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or NGO sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and coordinating diverse teams.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with STEM or digital literacy programs.
- Experience working with vulnerable or displaced populations in Lebanon.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the NGO sector or similar environments is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Areas Of Responsibility:
Project Coordination and Implementation:
- General coordination of the intervention: manage work plans, schedules, and budgets for project activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient implementation of the Digital Literacy and STEM Training Program.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that activities align with agreed objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between CodeBrave and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with partners, teacher trainers, and schools.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, addressing issues proactively.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support project staff, including field officers and administrative personnel.
- Ensure team members have the resources and guidance needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Promote a positive and productive working environment.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):
- Work with the M&E team to track program indicators and ensure data collection and reporting are conducted accurately.
- Use M&E findings to adapt and improve project activities as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of project impact reports for donors and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Respond promptly to challenges or delays, adjusting plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular progress updates to CodeBrave’s leadership team and donors.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to inform future projects.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of project activities, expenditures, and outcomes.
Salary:
$1,800 (post-tax) per month for a full-time contract.
