We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Executive to lead our social media strategy, grow our audience, and create smart, impactful content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will oversee all social media processes, implement data-driven strategies, and develop creative, engaging, and forward-thinking campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow audience reach and engagement.
Oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.
Create and curate innovative, high-quality content tailored to each platform.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with overarching business goals.
Manage paid campaigns and explore new opportunities for audience growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
