Job Overview:

The Career Readiness Coach supports Full-Stack Software Engineering and UI/UX Design Bootcamp students in enhancing their employability and soft skills. This role involves conducting group training, small group coaching, and one-on-one sessions alongside technical courses to ensure students are job-ready upon graduation. The coach will also provide guidance on resumes, professional networking, and interview skills while collaborating with instructors and program coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Student Development:
   • Conduct hybrid (on-site and online) training sessions based on a structured curriculum while incorporating industry best practices.
   • Stay updated on tech industry trends and soft skills training methodologies.
   • Provide career coaching on CV writing, interview preparation, presentation, and professional communication.
   • Offer feedback and guidance to students on workplace skills like email etiquette and working under pressure.
2. Student Assessments & Support:
   • Prepare and conduct periodic student assessments, ensuring fairness and ethical evaluation.
   • Provide feedback, register assessment results, and offer necessary support to students.
   • Monitor student engagement and report any concerns for corrective action.
3. Internal Support & Coordination:
   • Offer coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
   • Coordinate with Tech Lead, instructors, and program coordinators to align career coaching with technical training.
   • Communicate efficiently with students and stakeholders using agreed-upon tools.
   • Prepare and submit timely reports on student progress, disciplinary matters, and training outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Education, L&D, HR, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of career coaching experience, with expertise in job readiness training.
3. Strong skills in CV writing, interview coaching, and professional communication.
4. Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Familiarity with industry-relevant software and continuous learning trends.
7. Coaching/training accreditation (ICF, CPD, etc.) is a plus.
