Job Description

As a Cloud Implementation Associate, you will play an essential role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft cloud solutions for both our clients and our organization. Collaborating closely with senior cloud engineers, project coordinators, and technical support teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cloud deployments, system optimization, and troubleshooting real-world technical challenges.

This role requires a foundational understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives.

You will also be expected to proactively research industry trends and stay informed about the latest advancements in cloud technologies to continuously enhance your expertise and contribute to the success of every project you execute or collaborate on.

Your Role

• Deploy and configure cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, Windows 365, and other cloud-based products and services from various providers.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of technical projects, from initial configuration to post-deployment optimization.
• Perform cloud migrations for applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining security.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and assist in the customization of Microsoft cloud solutions to meet those requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation in collaboration with the technical support team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
• Actively engage in collaborative technical discussions and strategy meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation of client IT environments, including configurations, policies, troubleshooting guides, and implementation processes.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in cloud technology, with a focus on Microsoft’s full cloud ecosystem.
• Prepare for Microsoft certification exams to enhance skills and earn relevant certifications.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/ Engineering, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in cloud implementation, IT support, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud security concepts.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written), with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and apply new Microsoft technologies.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
