Internship overview:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist in headhunting passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate fit based on predefined criteria.
- Provide structured feedback on candidate profiles to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Shadow and observe interviews conducted by recruiters and hiring managers to learn about evaluation techniques and competency-based assessment.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing recruitment projects, such as employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Participate in benchmarking and research on talent acquisition best practices to support HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate and organized documentation.
Majors preference: Human Resources Management
Technical requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
