Role overview:

Promofix Lebanon is hiring Call Center Agents to research and reach out to potential clients and agencies. Your role will focus on gathering key contacts, qualifying leads, and passing them to the sales team for follow-up on our digital advertising solutions, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and gather contact details.
• Monitor and research potential leads across various industries.
• Maintain an updated database of leads for the sales team.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule follow-ups.
• Provide basic information about our digital advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in digital marketing solutions or online advertising.
• Strong communication, research, and lead-generation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
• Ability to monitor and gather potential client leads for platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
