We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Support Operative with a strong background in finance and advanced Excel skills. In this role, you will assist end-users with technical issues, resolve queries related to financial systems, and maintain data accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues.
• Address finance-related inquiries and support end-users in navigating financial software/tools.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and manage financial data.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and user account issues (password resets, access permissions, etc.).
• Document and track all support requests using helpdesk ticketing systems.
