Ecomz is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative for its advanced ecommerce management platform.
Job Overview
We are looking for a business developer representative who will be contributing to sales boosts, customer satisfaction and retention, and to the growth of the platform!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Making outbound calls and sending emails to key prospective customers
- Responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from potential customers
- Generating new leads through internet research and social media engagement
- Identifying and qualifying leads using BANT criteria – Budget, Authority, Need, Timescales
- Obtaining basic qualifying information and communicating it well with the relative Business Development Manager
- Collaborating closely with Marketing on lead and campaign execution
- Meeting and over-achieving pipeline targets and key performance metrics
- Having a clear, well-structured compliance with company’s sales processes and CRM data needs
- Researching and understanding the competitive landscape

Requirements
- 1+ years of business development experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relative field of study or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in selling client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Arabic)
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and
- conferences
- Deep digital understanding
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ecommerce or SaaS experience is a plus
- GCC experience is a plus
