Work on SBI component enhancements for new functionalities, performance
Enhance SBI framework architecture and its communication exchange protocols (AS2, POP3/SMTP, SFTP, FTP) to support the stability and performance the EDI platform
Closely monitor the performance and stability of the communication platform, take lead and implement actions when it needs improvement
Take the lead on critical incidents, coordinate the investigations and implement solutions.
