Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to search for potential candidates
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop strong candidate relationships through effective networking on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Github)
- Build up our graduate talent pool by managing the Forward Career Accelerator program
- Build up our talent pool
- Interview new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, career goals and culture fit
- Match candidates to permanent opportunities
- Generate leads from candidates for new business opportunities
- Maintain candidate database (via our ATS and Recruitee for internal hires) and ensure that all data relevant to the candidates is accurately recorded
- Prepare candidates for interviews, give advice and tips
- Work with urgency and ensure that client SLA's are met
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for our clients
- Build your personal brand and network on LinkedIn,
- Learn about the MENA tech ecosystem and the different skill sets
Majors Preferences: Business Management, Human Resources Management
Technical Requirements:
- Ability to use recruiting and candidate management software (e.g. Recruitee)
- Ability to screen CVs across multiple skill sets and be able to pick up technology terms and language. Can identify good talent from hundreds of applicants and qualify them accordingly
- Builds rapport and asks lots of questions to understand what both parties are looking for and uses this to gain influence and manage the candidate throughout the process, anticipating and preparing for issues that may occur
- Comfortable managing many tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining speed and quality of work
