Internship summary:

RAY is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives in the KSA market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, and customer outreach within the PropTech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on the KSA market to identify potential customers and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Develop and maintain a database of target leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Make targeted outreach calls and emails to schedule meetings for the management.
• Assist in defining the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for our offerings.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Fluency in Arabic & English
