Internship overview:
As a Central Operations Intern, you'll assist in streamlining and enhancing our core operational processes. You will support the central operations team with data analysis, process optimization, and coordination of daily activities to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will contribute to improved performance and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of daily operational activities.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Assist with project management by tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
• Oversee the Drivers and Pickers Key Performances Indicators.
• Coordinate with HR manpower templates and tracking shortages
• Follow up with P&C on disciplinary matters and Action
• Tracking  the accuracy of the numbers of orders and payment before the weekly order payment in the payment sheet .
• Do zones for each new Restaurant/Store in the App
• Coordinate with the HR team to provide the operations team with requested assets

Majors Preferences:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.Requirements:

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Basic understanding of operational processes and logistics preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience in operations or logistics is a plus.
