As a Senior CRO Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting the optimization efforts across our digital properties. You will work closely with the CRO Manager to analyze user behavior, conduct experiments, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing conversion rates and improving overall user experience. What you will be responsible for
- Collaborate with the CRO Manager to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Assist in analyzing website traffic and user behavior using quantitative and qualitative analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, and others.
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize website elements such as landing pages, forms, and checkout processes.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended changes and optimizations across digital properties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO.
- Provide support in generating reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development to align CRO efforts with broader business goals.
Who we are looking for
What Will Set You Up for Success
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Would Be a Competitive Advantage:
- Previous experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Convert.
- Previous Experience with Visual Studio Code
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and optimization techniques.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Monday.
- Experience working in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
- Fluency in Arabic.
