Internship overview:

We are looking for a Data & Excel Expert Intern with strong skills in VBA, template building, and customization to support our digital transformation. The role focuses on converting business operations into structured Excel/Google Sheets systems, creating automated templates  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and build custom Excel templates for quotations, invoices, delivery slips, job orders, and project trackers.
• Develop VBA macros to automate repetitive processes (data entry, formatting, reporting).
• Customize dashboards for finance, project status, and inventory monitoring.
• Implement data validation, dropdowns, conditional formatting, and error checks for reliability.
• Link templates to Google Sheets or OneDrive for team collaboration.
• Support migration of existing paper and digital data into structured, automated systems.

Majors preferences: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Media and Communication, Business Marketing, Business Management, Mathematics, Economics.

Technical requirements:

• Basic knowledge of React.js / Next.js SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SEO audit tools (Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or similar).
• Understanding of structured data and how to implement it.
• Awareness of server-side rendering, dynamic rendering, and static generation concepts.
• Interest in web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
