Full-Time Social Media Executive – Social Media Department
Job Scope
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of social media activities for NEON Consultancy’s clients. This role focuses on content creation, community management, performance monitoring, and campaign execution — ensuring all deliverables reflect the agency’s creative standards, tone, and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is a proactive digital communicator, highly organized, and passionate about social media trends and storytelling.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across client social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to create high-quality visuals and captions aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Ensure content calendars are delivered on time and approved by clients before publication.
- Write clear, creative, and audience-appropriate copy in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
2. Community Management
- Monitor client pages daily, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to foster community growth and improve brand reputation.
- Escalate sensitive or urgent feedback to the Team Leader or Client Account Manager when needed.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the setup and execution of social media campaigns in collaboration with the Paid Media Strategist.
- Track post and campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
- Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and client branding.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Highlight key metrics, audience growth, engagement trends, and actionable insights.
- Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve future content and strategies.
5. Research & Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Monitor competitors’ social media presence to identify opportunities and innovative ideas.
- Suggest creative formats, trends, and content strategies that align with client goals.
6. Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with the creative, design, and account management teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Support the Team Leader in campaign brainstorming sessions and client presentations.
- Assist with internal coordination, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Full-time position: Required to attend the office four days per week – Monday to Thursday.
Sunday: Work-from-home day.
